"FIT FIRST" - Buying a bike was never easier. You start with a 2 hour assessment on the Dynamic Fit Unit. We will look at all of your strengths and determine limitations before making any purchases. The software will provide you with a printout of coordinates for a custom fit and what feels best to you. From here you can view the manufacturers product lines to find out which fits with what adjustments or changes before you make a purchase that does not grow with you. If you buy any product from Fit Works or supporting shop, you will be credited for part of your fit. Call for details - 604-937-5447.

We have aligned ourselves with physiological assessment, professional trainers from IF and other medical professionals as required to reach your goals.
