Twenty-five years ago we used the Fit Kit RADS to help align cleats with no float adjustment. This was the first of several fitting systems and formulas created to better our comfort and performance while riding our bicycles,  Within the past 5 years, many studies based on the science and biomechanics of cycling have put previous suggestive theories and ideals to rest.
